EDIT: Many people ask how to remove/change the stamps & clubs part. For that purpose go to Edit Entries -> Options -> Skin Footer. There you can find the codes for the stamps.

Yes, I did :)
I painted the top picture (here it is: [link]) and photographed the bottom (with some Photo-manipulation of the colour).

About how, there are many tutorials around DA, you can search them (it's a little long to explain it all here :P), but generally you can take any existing CSS (like mine here) and use its scheme while replacing the pictures and colours with your own, and checking the result via "preview". :)
